{"id":116,"date":"2019-06-13T08:40:25","date_gmt":"2019-06-13T06:40:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/delicesduchenesire.fr\/?page_id=116"},"modified":"2022-03-14T14:11:49","modified_gmt":"2022-03-14T13:11:49","slug":"qui-sommes-nous","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/delicesduchenesire.fr\/index.php\/qui-sommes-nous\/","title":{"rendered":"Qui sommes nous ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La ferme du ch\u00eanesire vous proposent depuis 1987 <a href=\"https:\/\/delicesduchenesire.fr\/index.php\/nos-fromages\/\">ses produits fermiers<\/a> : du munster fermier AOC et du Bargkass fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de lait de vosgiennes, une race qui a bien faillit dispara\u00eetre dans les ann\u00e9es 1970.<br><br>Exploitant environ 100 ha de prairies permanentes, nos vaches sont essentiellement nourries d&rsquo;herbe de foin et de regain.<br>Depuis quelques ann\u00e9es la ferme du ch\u00eanesire propose \u00e9galement de la viande de veau \u00e9lev\u00e9 sous la m\u00e8re, boeuf et porc.<br><br>Engag\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;agriculture biologique depuis 2001\u00a0les fromages sont certifi\u00e9s par ECOCERT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2008, la ferme diversifie sa production en proposant <a href=\"https:\/\/delicesduchenesire.fr\/index.php\/nos-glaces-et-sorbets\/(ouvre un nouvel onglet)\">des glaces et sorbets<\/a>. Petit \u00e0 petit de nouvelles cr\u00e9ations voient le jour en <a href=\"https:\/\/delicesduchenesire.fr\/index.php\/nos-desserts-glaces\/\">dessert<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pourrez retrouver nos produits dans <a href=\"https:\/\/delicesduchenesire.fr\/index.php\/notre-magasin\/\">notre magasin \u00e0 la ferme<\/a>, dans notre ferme auberge (<a
